The Eden Institute team will work under the director of Value Optimisation

The following roles will ensure the proper delivery of Eden Institute in every Eden Location. The target is to run an Edition of the Eden Institute per year per location.

Eden Institute Principal
Eden Institute Location Administrator
Trainers / Facilitators

Every Eden Location will in turn have an Eden Institute Administrator who is responsible for delivery of the Institute objectives in that location.

This role is responsible for the smooth running of the Institute and her activities in each Eden Location (schools and cities)

Therefore the responsibility for this role includes;

Providing a conducive environment for trainings
Write and submit reports
Be responsible for approving a facilitator for that centre based on approval from the central
Is directly responsible to the Institute Principal
Is responsible for managing the affairs of the Institute in that location
