TIARAS AND CROWNS

The African Woman Conference is an initiative of the Esther Sisters’ Fellowship [The Women’s Fellowship] of RCCG Glory Worship Centre.

The Annual Conference has become a gathering of Christian women from all walks of life to celebrate and empower the African women. The conference usually features different programs targeted towards achieving this. It aims to provide a platform for women to come together within a mutually empowering environment to discuss issues of common interest, showcase their skills in various areas in order to educate and inspire as well as offer avenues for support to one another.

This program was conceived nine years ago with an objective to promote and celebrate womanhood from the African perspective. To achieve this, various activities are organized to educate, empower and facilitate the cause of the African woman. Over the past eight years, this program has grown into becoming a catalyst for achieving self- reliance, expanding the scope of women’s intellectual, assertive and developmental capabilities.

The Theme of this Year’s Conference is
“The African Woman: Tiaras & Crowns” – 1 Peter 2: 9

The conference will take place at:

Banilux Event Centre [Chapel Street, Off Commercial Avenue, Sabo, Yaba]. Lagos
Time: 9am to 5pm. Saturday June 17 –  Sunday June 18 2017.
June 17 at 9 AM to June 18 at 5 PM

This year’s program is expected to feature the following:
– Word Exposition
– Passionate Worship
– Free Breakfast and Lunch
– Jumbo Sale
– Exhibitions
– Free Child Care

We also have ministers of God who will bring God’s word to us to equip us for our roles as women in the society. Some of these ministers include:

– Mrs Ibukun Awosika
– Enitan Adaba [Music Minstrel] – Oyeyinka Olugosi [Music Minstrel]

We are expectant and sincerely look forward to a time of nourishment, renewal & refreshing in the presence of the Lord. You cannot afford to miss it.
